Thank you for ordering from Debbie LaFranchi's Creative Costumes. Please understand that you are requesting a one-of-a-kind period costume or wedding garment built specifically for you. Therefore, you must provide a valid e-mail address and telephone number. Without this information we will be unable to contact you to verify the details of your costume.

The prices listed within these pages are estimates based on the costumes represented here. You will receive an actual quote for your costume, including applicable shipping and sales taxes (CA only), after we have an opportunity to review your order request with you. Submitting this form provides us with the information we need to provide you with a quote. You are not obligated until you agree to the quote we give you.

Payment and Shipping Information
Once you agree to our quote, full payment must be received before work can begin. Most costumes can be shipped within two weeks of receipt of payment. You will be notfied by e-mail or telephone when your costume is shipped. We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, business checks, cashier's checks, and money orders. For your own protection, we will accept cash only if you are local to Los Angeles and wish to pay for your costume in person.
